Service Policies
Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis once the required deposit is received. Deposits secure your service date and allow us to plan equipment, labor, and travel for your project.
Deposit & Payment
To reserve your service date, we require a deposit.
• Jobs under $500 require a $50 deposit.
• Jobs over $500 require a 40% deposit.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service. The remaining balance is due once the work has been completed.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or digital payment platforms.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if at least 24 hours notice is provided.
Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may require a new deposit to reschedule.
Property Access
Customers must ensure that the work area is accessible at the scheduled time. This includes:
• Unlocking gates if necessary
• Removing vehicles or obstacles
If the work area cannot be accessed upon arrival, additional scheduling fees may apply.
Safety
Safety is a top priority. Work may be delayed or adjusted if conditions are unsafe, including:
• hazardous weather conditions
• unstable terrain
• hidden hazards such as underground utilities
Our team follows safe work practices to protect customers, property, and workers.
Weather Delays
Outdoor services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain, storms, or extreme heat. Customers will be notified as soon as possible to arrange a new service date.
Debris & Disposal
All debris removed from your property will be properly hauled away and disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Disposal fees, when applicable, may be included in the project estimate.
Project Scope
Estimates are based on the agreed scope of work. If additional work is requested or unexpected conditions arise during the job, the price may be adjusted with customer approval before continuing.
